Most of our work is commercial site work for general contractors, and the ground across the metro has one thing in common: clay that moves with moisture. What is the same everywhere in the metro

Wherever the site is, central Oklahoma clay moves with moisture, so pads and paving subgrade get built in lifts at the right moisture instead of dumped and rolled. Spring storms drop a lot of water fast, so grading to positive fall and getting the storm sewer right matter on every job.
