We are based in Moore, OK and serve Oklahoma and the surrounding states. Around home that means Moore, Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Del City, and we will travel 3–5 hours for commercial sites.
Do you work for general contractors?
Yes. Most of our work is commercial site work for general contractors and developers: retail flex centers, restaurant pads, car washes and redevelopment. Send the civil set and we will walk the site and bid it.
What does site work cost?
There is no honest flat rate. Price is driven by what has to come out first, how much dirt moves and how far, what the geotechnical report asks for under the pad, how much storm sewer is on the plan, and the schedule. We bid line by line off the plans and a site walk.
Do you charge for bids?
No. Bids and estimates are free.
Do you own your own equipment?
Yes. We run our own excavators, dozers and skid steers with our own crew, so a start date is a scheduling question rather than a rental-yard problem.
Can one crew handle demolition, earthwork, storm sewer and subgrade?
Yes. That is the point. The old lot comes out, the site is cut, the storm sewer goes in and the subgrade is built for paving by the same crew on one schedule.
