Earthwork Contractor in Moore, OK

Cut, fill and rough grade to the civil plan, so every trade after us starts on time.

365 Excavation & Land Solutions moves dirt for general contractors, developers and property owners across Moore, Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Del City. Retail flex centers, restaurant pads, car washes and new builds all start the same way: the site has to be cut, filled and graded to the civil plan before anything else can happen.

Earthwork sets the schedule for every trade that follows. Elevations that miss the plan, fill that was not placed in lifts, or a site that does not shed water cost you weeks later in rework. We read the plans, set our grades, and balance material on site wherever the plan allows, so you are not paying to haul dirt off and haul it back.

We run our own equipment and our own crew, so the people bidding your job are the people running the iron. Send us the civil set and we will walk the site and get you a number.

Concrete vs HDPE Storm Pipe: What Actually Decides It

The two storm pipe materials that show up on most commercial civil plans in the OKC metro, compared honestly: how each one carries load, what each one asks of the crew installing it, and where each is the right call.

What's Included

  • Mass excavation and cut and fill
  • Rough grading to civil and grading plans
  • Topsoil stripping and stockpiling
  • Building pad and parking lot earthwork
  • Import and export of fill material
  • Site balancing to cut haul costs

Why It Matters

  • Our own dozers, excavators and skid steers, not a rental-yard schedule
  • One crew from strip to subgrade, so nothing falls between two subs
  • Grades checked against the plan before the next trade arrives
  • Material balanced on site wherever the plan allows

Our Process

01

Plan review and site walk

We go through the civil and grading plans, walk the site, and flag access, spoil and drainage issues before we bid.

02

Strip and clear

Topsoil, vegetation and old surfaces come off so the earthwork starts on clean, known ground.

03

Cut and fill in lifts

High areas are cut and fill is placed in controlled lifts, balancing material on site wherever the plan allows.

04

Grade to plan and hand off

Rough grade is brought to plan elevation and walked with you, so utilities, subgrade and paving can move in on schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work for general contractors?

Yes. Most of our earthwork is commercial site work for general contractors and developers, including retail, restaurant and car wash builds across the OKC metro.

Can you balance dirt on site instead of hauling it?

Wherever the plan allows, yes. Keeping material on site is usually the cheapest way to run earthwork, and we look for it on every bid.

What do you need from me to give a bid?

The civil or grading plan, the site address and your target start date. If you have a geotechnical report, send that too. Missing pieces? Call anyway and we will walk the site.

Do you also do the storm sewer and subgrade?

Yes. Earthwork, storm sewer and subgrade preparation are all done by the same crew, which is how a site goes from dirt to paving-ready without waiting on three different subcontractors.
