Storm Sewer Contractor in Moore, OK

Pipe, inlets and junction boxes set to plan grade, sealed, and backfilled before the paving goes down.

365 Excavation & Land Solutions installs storm sewer on commercial sites across Moore, Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Del City. We trench, bed, set pipe and precast structures, and backfill, so your storm system is in, inspected and out of the way of the paving schedule.

Storm sewer is one of the few things on a site you cannot fix after the parking lot is poured. Pipe set off grade, joints that are not sealed, or backfill that was dumped instead of compacted show up later as sinkholes, standing water and a failed inspection. We set every run to the plan grade and seal every joint.

From receiving the precast boxes off the truck to grouting the last pipe connection, our crew handles the full install with our own equipment.

Concrete vs HDPE Storm Pipe: What Actually Decides It

The two storm pipe materials that show up on most commercial civil plans in the OKC metro, compared honestly: how each one carries load, what each one asks of the crew installing it, and where each is the right call.

What's Included

  • Concrete storm pipe installation
  • Precast curb inlets and junction boxes
  • Tie-ins to existing storm systems
  • Rock bedding and joint wrap
  • Grouted pipe connections
  • Trench backfill compacted in lifts

Why It Matters

  • Every run checked against plan grade before it is covered

  • Backfill compacted in lifts so the lot does not settle over the pipe
  • Earthwork, storm and subgrade from one crew on one schedule

Our Process

01

Layout and staking

Pipe runs, inlets and junction boxes are staked from the civil plan and grades are confirmed before we dig.

02

Trench and bed

Trenches are cut to depth and bedded with rock so the pipe sits on a uniform, stable base instead of on high spots.

03

Set pipe and structures

Pipe is laid to grade, joints are wrapped and sealed, and precast inlets and junction boxes are set and tied in.

04

Grout and backfill

Connections are grouted inside the structures and the trench is backfilled and compacted in lifts, ready for inspection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you set precast inlets and junction boxes?

Yes. We receive, set and tie in precast storm structures along with the pipe runs, and grout the connections inside the box.

Can you tie into an existing storm line?

Yes. Tie-ins to existing city or private storm systems are a regular part of our commercial site work. We locate the existing line and confirm its elevation before the new run is cut.

What happens if the pipe is set off grade?

Water sits in the low spots, silt settles, and the line loses capacity, and you usually find out after the lot is paved. That is why grades are checked on every joint before backfill, not just at the structures.

Do you do the earthwork and subgrade too?

Yes. We handle earthwork, storm sewer and subgrade preparation, so one crew can carry the site from dirt to paving-ready.
