Demolition Contractor in Moore, OK

Buildings, slabs and old parking lots out, hauled off, and the site handed back ready to build.

A lot of commercial work in the OKC metro starts with something old in the way: a closed restaurant, a tired strip building, a cracked parking lot nobody wants to patch again. 365 Excavation & Land Solutions tears it out across Moore, Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Del City, and leaves a clean site instead of a pile.

Demolition is not just knocking a structure down. Utilities have to be confirmed off, concrete and asphalt have to be broken out and hauled, footings and old slabs have to come up, and the ground underneath has to be left in a condition the next crew can actually build on. We scope every demo job with the finished site condition in mind from the start.

Because we also do earthwork, storm sewer and subgrade, demolition is often just the first week of the job. The old lot comes out and the same crew starts cutting the new site the next morning.

Old Parking Lot: Tear It Out or Build Over It?

A lot of metro redevelopment starts with a cracked parking lot. It is tempting to leave it and build over it. Here is why that usually does not work under a building, and what the options really are.

What's Included

  • Commercial and residential building demolition
  • Asphalt and concrete parking lot removal
  • Slab, footing and foundation removal
  • Debris loading and haul-off
  • Coordination with utility disconnects
  • Site stripped and left ready for earthwork

Why It Matters

  • Old lot out and new site work started by the same crew
  • Debris hauled off as part of the scope, not left in a pile
  • Pavement and footings removed, not buried under new fill
  • Our own excavators and trucks, scheduled by us

Our Process

01

Walk the structure

We walk the building and site, note what is coming out and what stays, and confirm what has to happen before demo starts.

02

Confirm utilities are off

Power, gas and water are confirmed disconnected by the owner and the utilities before any structure comes down. That step is not negotiable.

03

Tear down and break out

The structure comes down with equipment sized to it, and slabs, footings and pavement are broken out.

04

Haul off and strip

Debris is loaded and hauled, and the site is stripped and left clean, ready for grading or the next trade.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you haul off the debris?

Yes. Debris loading and haul-off are part of the scope, and we spell out what is included before we start so there are no surprises at the end.

Who handles the utility disconnects?

The owner arranges disconnects with the utility companies, and we confirm they are done before anything comes down. We will walk you through what needs to happen and coordinate timing so the job stays on schedule.

Can you remove an old parking lot and prep the site for a new build?

Yes. That is one of our most common jobs: the asphalt and base come out, the site is stripped, and we move straight into earthwork, storm sewer and subgrade for the new building.

Do you do residential demolition?

Yes: sheds, outbuildings, garages and storm-damaged structures as well as commercial buildings. Describe the structure when you call and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit for our crew.
