Small Sliders, Midwest City — Demo to Paving-Ready

Small Sliders is a Texas burger chain, and this is their first Oklahoma location, in Midwest City. We handled the demo and the site build: the old slab came out, the pad was graded, and the lot and drive-thru subgrade were built and handed off for paving.

Scope of Work

  • Old slab and paving broken out and hauled off
  • Building pad graded to plan
  • Parking lot subgrade built between the new curbs
  • Drive-thru lane subgrade
  • Fine grade handed off for paving

What Matters on Jobs Like This

Old slab out, not buried

The old concrete was broken out and hauled before any dirt moved, so the new pad starts on ground that can be tested instead of on buried slab.

Pad graded to plan

The building pad was cut and graded to plan elevation so the building crew could start on time.

Subgrade between the curbs

Lot and drive-thru subgrade were built between the new curb lines, so the paving crew can hit the thickness on the plan.
