Land Clearing Contractor in Moore, OK
Trees, brush and stumps out, or mulched in place, so the lot is ready for what comes next.
Overgrown lots, wooded building sites and brush-choked fence lines slow a project down before it starts. 365 Excavation & Land Solutions clears land across Moore, Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Del City for builders, developers and landowners.
Not every clearing job is the same job. A building pad needs the trees and the stumps out so nothing rots under the slab. A fence line or a pasture might be better served by forestry mulching, which grinds the brush in place and leaves the ground covered instead of bare. We pick the method by what the ground is going to be used for, not by what is easiest to bid.
We also handle the debris. Cleared trees and brush do not get pushed into a pile and left; disposal is part of the scope from the first conversation.

Guide
Land Clearing vs Forestry Mulching: Which One Your Lot Needs
Two very different ways to open up a wooded or overgrown lot. One removes everything, roots and all. The other grinds the brush in place and leaves the ground covered. The right one depends on what the ground is for.

Our Process
Walk the property
We walk it with you, mark what comes out and what stays, and flag slope, drainage and access before any equipment shows up.
Pick the method
Full clearing and grubbing where something will be built, mulching where the ground just needs to be opened up and kept covered.
Clear
Trees, brush and stumps are removed or mulched with equipment matched to the density of the growth and the terrain.
Clean up and rough grade
Debris is handled the way we agreed, and cleared ground is rough-graded for the next step.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Yes. Selective clearing is common. Show us which trees or areas stay during the site walk and we clear around them.
Is land clearing different from forestry mulching?
Yes. Clearing and grubbing removes trees, brush and stumps from the site. Forestry mulching grinds standing brush into mulch that stays on the ground. Mulching is quicker and keeps the soil covered, but it leaves the roots, so it is the wrong call under anything you plan to build on.
What happens to the trees and brush you remove?
We talk through the options up front: haul-off, or burning where local rules allow it, and scope it into the job so there are no surprises.
Do you clear small residential lots or only big tracts?
Both. We clear everything from a single overgrown backyard to acreage for development or pasture.
